Motive Force LLC and its owner Sean Colombo are permanently enjoined by a Federal Court order from using unlicensed song lyrics in connection with their own Web sites, like LyricWiki.org, or supplying them to other Web sites or software applications.
That’s according to the National Music Publishers Assn., which issued a press release today on behalf of member companies peermusic, Warner/Chappell and Bug Music, which sued Motive Force for exploiting unlicensed lyrics for profit in Federal Court in the Western District of Pennsylvania…”
